These cases include 10 within the Dubbo LGA (one with a Wellington address), six in the Mid-Western area (five in Mudgee, one in Gulgong), three cases each in both Bathurst and Cabonne LGA's (one with a Molong address, one linked to Cargo), and single cases in the LGA's of Walgett, Cowra, Warren and Coolah in the Warrumbungle Shire.

NSW Health has also announced the development of a 'Plan C: Self-Isolation Information Pack,' which will provide clear health information and advice on all-things COVID isolation.
Amid the ongoing Omicron threats, Prime Minister Scott Morrison will host a virtual meeting with the national cabinet today, December 22, to discuss restrictions with state and territory leaders.
Though the return to lockdowns has been dismissed, restrictions surrounding mandated use of masks indoors will be addressed.
"We're not going back to lockdowns; we're not going back to shutting down peoples' lives," Mr Morrison said.
"We're going forward to live with this virus with common sense and responsibility.
"There will be other variants beyond Omicron and we have to ensure we are putting in place measures that Australians can live with."
Also up for discussion will be vaccination requirements, which will include the gap between the second dose and the booster shot.
Statewide, NSW has recorded 3,763 new locally acquired COVID-19 cases in the 24-hour reporting period to 8pm on Tuesday.
This figure surpasses the prior report by more than 700 infections, which again overtakes the record to claim the state's highest number of daily cases during the pandemic to date.
There are 302 hospital cases receiving treatment for the virus and 40 cases in ICU. Two deaths were recorded in this latest reporting period.
The first dose figure is at 94.9 per cent, with 93.4 per cent of adults 16+ fully vaccinated.
Figures for people aged 12-15 are at 81.5 per cent for one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine received and 78.1 per cent of people aged 12-15 have received two doses.
Testing figures are at 151,443 in the 24-hour period to 8pm, with 21,991 total active cases on report.
