More than 300 people attended last year's sold out inaugural event that saw Sampson Street transformed into a huge open-air restaurant serving local food and wine.
The long table lunch is one of six "signature" events to feature in the 10-day 2022 F.O.O.D Week program, which was released on Friday.
Association President Michael Sobotta said F.O.O.D Week was also excited to welcome back two of its most popular events after a two year absence - the night markets and the F.O.O.D Train, both of which were cancelled due to COVID restrictions.
The night markets are the festival's biggest community event, attracting up to 7000 people, and something F.O.O.D week "really puts on for the locals," Mr Sobotta said.
Held in Robertson Park on the opening night of F.O.O.D Week, April 1, the night market will include stalls representing Orange region's chefs, cooks, caterers, providores, wine, cider and beer makers, with a focus on the provenance of the produce.
The F.O.O.D train, which brings guests on a weekend journey from Sydney to discover Orange's food and wine, is also back on track for 2022, Mr Sobotta said.
Other signature events announced for the 2022 program are the ever-popular Forage - a 4.1km stroll through some of Orange's most picturesque vineyards accompanied by a degustation menu of local wine and tasting plates; and the Sunday Producers Market and Brunch in Cook Park on April 10, where the community can enjoy brunch prepared by the region's chefs, and meet and greet the producers of the locally grown produce on offer.
Local producers will share secret recipe tricks and tips, and tastings in the Shining The Light on Local Producers Workshops from April 4 to 8 and the F.O.O.D HQ will be operating from the Visitor Information Centre for last minute tickets and what's on information.
More than 70 satellite events will also hosted at local restaurants, cellar doors and outdoor locations.
The biggest festival on Orange's event calendar, F.O.O.D Week brings about 25,000 visitors to the city and contributes about $2.5 million to the local economy.
F.O.O.D Week tickets go on sale on January 7.
