Of those, one case was announced in Coonamble and the remaining three cases were recorded for the Cabonne Local Government Area just outside of Orange; two of those cases with addresses connected to the Molong area.

The location of the third Cabonne case has not been announced.

WNSWLHD have strongly urged people without symptoms to be tested for the purpose of COVID surveillance. Isolation is not required following a surveillance test if the person has no symptoms and people within the same household also show no symptoms.

If you have not been identified as a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case and have not visited an identified venue of concern, isolation is also not required.

Those in the Cabonne district who need to be tested are advised to contact (02) 6369 4100 to arrange an appointment for testing at the local hospital located in King Street, Molong.

Pop-up testing has also returned from 10am to 3pm at the Molong Old Railway Station on Watson Street, where residents were seen queuing just prior to the clinic opening.

Coonamble residents are advised to contact (02) 6822 9300 to arrange appointments for testing.

Drive-through testing for Orange will remain available at the Orange Showground and Wade Park, 8am to 4pm.

Statewide, NSW has recorded a jump by 72 in COVID-19 case numbers, bringing the state's Tuesday report to 251 cases.

Zero deaths were recorded in the 24-hour reporting period leading to 8pm on Tuesday, with 154 hospital cases receiving treatment for the virus and 25 cases in ICU.with 85,403 tests reported.

Single and double dose vaccine rates both rose by 0.1 per cent in the latest reporting period, which brings the NSW figure to 94.6 per cent for single dose and 92.5 per cent for double dose of a COVID-19 vaccine received.

Reported testing numbers sit at 85,403 in the same announcement.

The announcement comes after NSW Health confirmed on Tuesday afternoon a Central Coast woman in her 30s is infected with the Omicron variant of concern.

Though the fully vaccinated woman is now in home isolation, NSW Health has listed connected exposure sites to the case as new venues of concern.

These places were flagged in Wyong, Toukley, Wadalba, Ryde and Parramatta on Friday and Saturday, which include an Aldi supermarket at Toukley, a KFC restaurant in Wyong and various shops at Parramatta's Westfield Shopping Centre.
