The free, accessible event organised by council's Community Development Team will run from 11am-2pm and is open to people of all abilities.
It will include a free barbecue lunch.
Orange Mayor Reg Kidd encouraged families of all ages to come along to join in the fun and share their support for the 4.4 million Australians living with disability.
"This is an opportunity for the community to come together and promote greater awareness, understanding and inclusion of people with disability," he said.

"I encourage everyone to come along, share your stories and talk about ways to break down barriers for people with disability in our community."
IDPwD is held on December 3 each year to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability and celebrate their achievements and contributions.
The theme for this year is 'Leadership and participation of persons with disabilities toward an inclusive, accessible and sustainable post-COVID-19 world'.
Attendees at the event will also have the opportunity to complete the Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) Survey. Information provided by the community will assist Council to make changes in an effort to improve Orange as a safe and accessible place for people living with disability.
To register for the Colour Dash, contact 6393 8600 by Monday November 29.
