The Ophir Hotel has been identified as a new venue of concern in Orange, where the positive case visited the venue on Tuesday, November 16, between the hours of 6:25pm to 7:35pm.
The Western NSW Local Health District also identified two new cases in Dubbo in this morning's update.
There are 14 new cases in the Western Region since 8pm on Tuesday, including six in Coonabarabran.
The addition of recent sewerage testing has also confirmed positive traces of the virus in Cobar, with WNSWLHD advising those with symptoms to get tested.
Drive-through testing for Orange remains available at the Orange Showground and Wade Park between 8am to 4pm.
Statewide, NSW has recorded 248 new COVID-19 cases (and two COVID-related deaths) in the 24 hours to 8pm on Tuesday.
Of the state's population aged 16 years and over, NSW is now 92 per cent fully vaccinated, with 94.4 per cent having had their first COVID-19 vaccine shot.
Those aged between 12 and 15 years are 75.7 cent fully vaccinated, while 81 per cent have had their first dose.

Hospital admissions for COVID-19 remain at 195 patients, with 35 currently in ICU.
