VERTO CEO Ron Maxwell said the plan is an important step for improving the lives of people with disability and it provides a blueprint for increasing their social and economic participation.
"I hope it helps more businesses recognise the diversity of disability and realise that there is a large pool of potential employees amongst this sector of society," Mr Maxwell said.
"We are focused on breaking down barriers through access to experienced, local consultants who are passionate about helping people with disability find the right role and employer."
As part of the plan, all public sector agencies and local councils are required to develop action plans to drive positive change.
