The events will be part of the Celebrate Orange360 Festival that is running from December 9 to 12 to celebrate the reopening of the region and champion local talent and producers.
Orange Region Vignerons Association executive officer Charlotte Gundry said the night market was not able to take place last year or in October due to the COVID-19 situation.
However, this time she said they are determined to go ahead and are seeking more food vendors to set up alongside wineries.
However, because of extra costs involved with COVID, this year bookings are required and the cost is $5 per adult, $10 a family, and kids are free. The night market will be held on Friday, December 10, followed by the Wine Show Tasting at the Hotel Canobolas on December 11.
The three-day festival will also be jam-packed with other markets, live music, Carols by Candlelight and events for the whole family to enjoy including a Spiegeltent in Robertson Park.
Orange 360 general manager Caddie Marshall said Orange is open for business and is celebrating the reopening to the region and marking the start of the festive season.
"We're inviting our locals and visitors alike to head to Roberston Park and enjoy a weekend of fun and Christmas Cheers, we've included events for all ages to enjoy so that there really is something for everyone to celebrate," she said.
"We've missed our visitors and we're thrilled to welcome them back to celebrate the reopening of our region in such a big way.
"Celebrate Orange360 will mark the start of the festive season and be a showcase of local talent and producer."
Spiegeltent events include The Pitts Family Circus; The Space Cowboy who will do sword swallowing, knife throwing, escapology and chainsaw juggling; as well as Kiss Bang Kabaret.
The Christmas highlight will be the Orange City Council Christmas Carols on December 11 in the North Court to bring some holiday cheer to town.
