Alicia Marie Howarth, 34, formerly of Leumeah Road, was caught driving while her licence was disqualified in Bourke on March 4, 2020, and again on July 2, 2021.
According to police, Howarth was subject to a community correction order and had a lengthy traffic record with her P1 driver's licence being disqualified from April 4, 2013 to April 4, 2028.
On February 19, 2020, Howarth successfully appealed a seven-month custodial sentence in Orange District Court for three drive while disqualified offences, on appeal she received a 12-month Community Correction Order in lieu of a custodial sentence.
However, two weeks later at 11am on March 4, 2020, police saw Howarth driving a Toyota Kluger north on Tarcoon Street, Bourke.
She also failed to appear in court on February 19, 2021, for that offence.
Howarth was caught driving again on July 2, 2021, after police saw her get into a Toyota HiLux outside a pub in Dubbo and drive 50 metres to another hotel.
Solicitor Andrew Rolfe said Howarth was employed until she got involved in alcohol and drug use and she has been before the court on numerous occasions for different offences.
Magistrate David Day said there should be custodial sentences for the drive while disqualified offences and for failing to appear in court and they would run concurrently.
"When we've got 11 drive while disqualifieds and one drive while suspended [it's] right up there," he said.

Mr Day gave Howarth a 12-month full-time jail sentence with a six-month non-parole order. The sentence was to start on November 7 and end on May 6, 2022.
He said the sentence takes into account the broken periods Howarth has spent in custody as well as COVID-19 protocols in jail.
She spent 99 days in custody, which included 12-weeks spend in a rehabilitation centre. While on bail she also participated in a five-day detox program.
