Launched in 2012, the awards cover specialist and individual categories across beauty, aesthetics and make-up expertise with 2021 seeing more entries than ever.
Bella Spazio was purchased by director, Lisa Fowler in 2006 and was transformed from a nail salon into a day spa and beauty destination.
It has four treatment rooms, and a separate relaxation area while treatments include facials, peels, microdermabrasion, skin needling, IPL photo rejuvenation, cosmetic injections, massage, spray tanning, waxing, tinting, cosmetic tattoo and make-up.
Heifer Station tasting expansion
Heifer Station Wines has expanded its tasting experience with the addition of the Barrel Shed.
Operations manager James Thomas said the winery will continue to run the wine cellar out of the Woolshed but due to limited space, part of a machinery shed was converted to offer an extra tasting space and function area.
"It was determined there wasn't enough space in the Woolshed for wine tasting and lots of customers," he said.
He said the new space looks out over the vineyards and the floorboards are from the former Myer building. "It's given us double the floor space and then some," Mr Thomas said.
Night venture
Former Robin Hood Hotel head chef Paul Dauvin and wife Emma Dauvin have opened Paul's at Coco's.
They are running the wings and pizza eatery out of Coco's Cafe three nights a week.
"Paul's been a chef for 25 years at least and I have been in hospitality as well for basically my whole life since I was 14," Mrs Dauvin said.
"I'm currently one of the baristas at Coco's, I've been there for about three years."
She said Mr Dauvin has always wanted his own business and although he has a day job in Orange he didn't want to give up cooking completely so Coco's owner Rachael Bastick offered him the premises to run at night.
Paul's at Coco's is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 8.30pm with byo alcohol until the new year after which he hopes to pick up a fourth night.
