Four NSW Ambulance crews were sent to the scene on Bargwanna Road at Spring Creek just after 7.30pm on October 23.
The man is believed to have been thrown from his bike and landed to the side of the road as a result of the accident.
NSW Ambulance officers treated the man at the scene. A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance said the patient had a wrist injury and a broken arm and was in a serious condition.
"He was conscious and breathing at the scene," the spokesperson said.
The occupants of the car escaped the accident without injury.
Central West Police District officers also attended the scene but at time of print no charges had been laid.
