It was decided late Thursday to move the markets from the Orange Showgrounds to Towac Park in response to the former location being needed throughout the weekend for COVID testing.
In addition to food and market stalls, the family day out will also include jumping castles and live music.
Simply Orange committee member Sarah Wilkinson said the day was intended to be as affordable as possible for families, with jumping castles costing just $1 for five minutes.
"There was such a need for it in Orange," she said. "So we've got this market, we've got our next one in December [on the 4th], and we're doing a market every season, so there'll be five a year plus [a] Christmas [market].
"We've tried to keep it as cheap as we can," she added.
While shoppers will need to be fully vaccinated to attend the day in order to adhere to its COVID safety plan, others can still purchase items through 'Click and Collect'.
Entry to the markets is a gold coin donation which will go to the charity Share the Dignity.
The event will run from 9am until 3pm on Sunday, October 17.
