No new COVID-19 cases in Orange, Cabonne as state prepares to open

After 100 days in lockdown NSW is set to reopen on Monday and the state has reached a new milestone with 90 per cent of residents aged over-16 now having received their first dose COVID-19 vaccination and 72.8 per cent are fully vaccinated.
