The first was the Orange Ex-Services Club on Saturday, September 25 from 9.55pm to 3.40am the next morning, later that Sunday on September 26 between 5.10pm and 6.10pm as well as on October 1 between 8.15pm and 9.40pm.
The club wrote: "Today (Tuesday), Orange Ex-Services' Club was advised that a positive COVID-19 case had visited our club.
"Our COVID-19 Safety Officer has been working with NSW Health to ensure we take all necessary steps and assist with contact tracing. As per their normal processes, NSW Health will contact all necessary members and guests, OESC staff have been notified, and our venue will be listed as a COVID-19 case location on the NSW Health website."
The club urged any members that may feel unwell to get tested and self-isolate.
"While the club is learning the details of this COVID-19 case, OESC believed it critical to distribute this information immediately to our members. As your local club, OESC has a responsibility to the Orange community to keep our members informed and continue to do everything possible to remain a COVID-SAFE venue.
"We want to assure members & guests that Orange Ex-Services' Club COVID-19 safety plan is heavily detailed and consists of daily cleaning procedures to ensure every aspect of our venue is clean and sanitised.
"Orange Ex-Services' Club will remain open as the appropriate COVID-19 safety measures are in place but we ask that patrons contacted by NSW health follow their recommendation.
"While the Orange community is approaching 70% double vaccination and we begin to experience more freedoms, we must stay vigilant and understand that OESC will continue to abide by the recommendation of NSW Health and NSW Government mandates."
The other venue of concern listed on the NSW Health website was K-Mart in the Central Square Shopping Centre.
It was visited by a COVID-positive person on Sunday, September 26 between 4pm and 5pm.
Orange also has recorded three new locally-acquired COVID cases - as of 8pm on Tuesday.
According to the Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD), two of these people were in the community while infectious.
Health chief Scott McLachlan said: "Those two cases are in isolation now and are known to be linked to two people who travelled to Orange from out of town and were active in the community during their infectious period.

"They did not knowingly do so, the people were not aware they were COVID-positive when they travelled to Orange.
"In fact, they had mistaken their symptoms for hay fever, which has very similar symptoms to COVID-19. This is further proof of how important it is to come forward for testing as a priority, don't brush them off and assume it's just hay fever.
"This is also further proof that we can't relax, COVID-19 is still creeping around our communities and can re-emerge anywhere, at any time."
