A second man has been charged following investigations into a brawl in the Central West on Wednesday, September 29.

Emergency services were called to Scrivener Street, Forbes about 11.15pm after reports of a fight between a group of people.
Upon arrival, officers attached Central West Police District found a man lying on the road with injuries to his head, as well as a stab wound to his torso, a NSW Police media release issued Thursday morning said.
The 35-year-old was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Orange Hospital for treatment. He remains in a stable condition.
Following investigations, about 5.15am on Thursday, police arrested an 18-year-old man at a home on Scrivener Street, Forbes.
The man was taken to Parkes Police Station, where he was charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He was refused bail to appear at Parkes Local Court on Thursday.
Following further investigations, police arrested a 28-year-old man at a home on Farnell Street, Forbes about 12.15pm on Thursday, September 30.
He was taken to Parkes Police Station and charged with wound person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
The man was refused bail to appear at Orange Local Court on Friday, October 1.
Investigations are continuing.
