Birdies, eagles and albatrosses might feature regularly but it's lamb that's enabled Duntryleague Golf Club to post a winning score.

Thanks to head chef Pramod Brikram Mahat and his team, Duntryleague has brought home a Clubs NSW Perfect Plate award for its slow roasted lamb rump served with seasonal vegetables.
The dish, which is on the club's evening menu, was voted number one by the patrons in the Western Region small club's category.
Secretary manager Michelle Carroll was thrilled with the gong, which she said proved the club is providing more than the traditional club meal.
"I think it's great, it shows our dining experience is more than people assume for small club," she said.
Pramod has been at Duntryleague for about eight years, having previously worked on Rottnest Island in Western Australia and overseas.
The announcement was made by celebrity chef and Perfect Plate ambassador Manu Feidel last week via zoom after the presentation dinner was cancelled due to COVID.
Workers wanted
There is a high number of jobs going in the retail sector presently and one of the shops that is calling for more staff is Aldi.
It is looking to fill eight permanent roles across a range of positions at all experience levels at its Orange store.
ALDI Australia store operations executive manager Katie Rogers is calling out for people to join the team.
"Our employees take huge pride in providing excellent customer service and over the last 18 months, have played a critical role in ensuring locals have access to high quality, affordable fresh food and groceries," she said.
Molong stores open
Robert Carroll has opened Molong Stores in the main street of Molong selling handmade and locally-made hats and products.
He trained as a milliner in Sydney and London and designed several ranges in Sydney for the Strand Hatters before moving to Molong a couple of years ago.
"I have worked in high end men's accessories in Sydney for the last 30 years specialising in hats," Mr Carroll said.
"I have curated a range of premium artisan wares form local and internationals makers including a blacksmith in Rylstone, hand woven Panama hats from Ecuador, berets from France and artisan food products."
