From Monday it will open from 5.30am.
The aquatic centre is just one of many council venues reopening after the NSW Government lifted lockdown restrictions on Friday morning.
However Mayor Reg Kidd reminded people to stay vigilant.
"We need to keep wearing our masks, keep doing out QR codes, keep getting tested and keep being vigilant, We are not out of this yet," Cr Kidd said.
The visitors information centre and Orange Regional Museum will also open on Saturday as will the Recovery Shop at Ophir Road Resource Recovery Centre.

The Civic Centre will open its doors on Monday.
Other venues opening Monday include the Orange Regional Library and Ticketek Office.
Community Services also open on Monday including Giyalang Ganya (main offices), and all community centres and halls, Youth Hub. Children's services and vacation care.
Cr Kidd said he was proud of the way the council staff and the city responded to this latest lock-down.
"This relaxation of the lockdown is a result of the Orange community being COVID safe; wearing masks, social distancing, getting vaccinated and getting tested," Cr Kidd said.
"I would also like to thank the Council staff that kept the city operating during the lockdown."
But he cautioned that the threat of COVID19 was far from over.
"If you look at our vaccination rates they are heading in the right direction with 90 per cent of the eligible population having received one shot and more than half fully vaccinated," Cr Kidd said.
"They are good numbers but if we don't finish the vaccination job, don't social distance and don't keep testing this might not be our last lockdown."
