The newly-appointed boss has long had this kind of goal in mind, and is again encouraging Orange's young cricketers to consider Centrals as their long-term club.
After all, the majority of successful community clubs are built on the back of a stellar junior program.
"Any kids who wants to come play can just use their active kids voucher," he said.
"As long as they've got a pair of white pants and a protector, the club will provide everything else.
"From the Junior Blasters program at the age of 5, all the way to opens. We've got it all."
The coaching these youngsters receive is crucial to the progression they will have as kids, any Nonnemacher says Centrals have a host of suitable mentors in place.
"We have a high-level club coach in Colin Stark," he said.
"He's getting the junior coaches involved in programs and trying to pass on as much knowledge as possible.
"All of our junior coaches are senior players and I think that's important. It gives the kids something to look up to. They can tell themselves that maybe that will be them one day.
"If parents want to come along and help coach, they can go nuts. But, we think it's important to have senior players coaching as well."
As for the exact start date, it was looking like early November would be the go, but there's been increased urgency to have community sports return throughout the state, something that bodes well for the summer of cricket at Orange.
"It was looking like early November but now there's a chance it could start in two-three weeks, that would be great for the club," he said.
Any parents interested in getting their kids involved in Centrals cricket should visit the club's Facebook page, or playcricket.com.
