Two women were unable to appear in Orange Local Court for unrelated matters on Monday after they both tested positive to COVID-19.

The women are not named to protect their identities.
One of the women was on bail but was in isolation in the community and unable to attend court.
Guilty pleas were entered on her behalf for offences involving assault and intimidation.
The other woman who tested positive to COVID was in isolation in a Sydney jail.
Both women's court matters were adjourned to later dates when it is hoped they have both recovered.
