Orange Baby Kingdom has relocated to the sunny-side of the street.
The shop which has catered for newborns for 16 years, was located upstairs next to a bus stop in Summer Street but recently moved two blocks up to near Birdie.
Business owner Shannan Fitzsimmons has run the business for the past five years.
She said the it is now located on the ground floor making it more accessible for customers, there is on-street parking out the front, and a larger floorspace to display its stock.
Because it caters for newborns the business is considered an essential service and is open for customers.
Brides' choice award
Orange musician Robbie Mortimer has won best live entertainer in the annual Brides' Choice Awards after being nominated by brides whose weddings he played at.
"It was amazing to take it out this year there's been a lot of hard work for myself and the band to get where we are now, especially with COVID and all that," he said.
Mr Mortimer started playing gigs with his brother, lead guitarist, James Mortimer in 2014 and branched out to include Albie Bevan on drums and Quinn Luxford on bass.
"I still mostly do solo work, weddings is my main income or source of gigs," he said.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr Mortimer said he only had two Saturday nights off between January and July. He performed from Thursday to Sunday gigs and worked as well.
"I get to provide music for the best day of people's lives, I've never taken that for granted," he said.
However, he also writes his own music and is set to release a new album in October.
