Three teenagers are "extremely lucky" after they were ejected from a car following a single-vehicle crash south of Narromine.

Five NSW Ambulance crews including one Toll Rescue Helicopter were called to Haberworth Road about 17 kilometres south of the town, after three teenagers were involved in a crash shortly after 3pm on Thursday afternoon.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance said two of the females were conscious and in a stable condition and treated on scene by paramedics for abrasions and other wounds, before being transported by road to Dubbo hospital.
The third female was conscious however suffering from serious head and leg injuries, she has been airlifted to hospital.
NSW Ambulance Inspector Paul Boje said the three teenagers were "extremely lucky".
While the young patients suffered a number of injuries, they were extremely lucky this accident didn't end in tragedy.

"Paramedics were confronted by a chaotic scene but were able to quickly locate, assess and treat the three teenagers for a number of injuries," he said.
"While the young patients suffered a number of injuries, they were extremely lucky this accident didn't end in tragedy - had the car left the road, it could have been a very different outcome."
Inspector Boje said it was a "stark reminder" to take care on the road at all times.
"Circumstances can change in an instant," he said.

Two Toll Rescue helicopters and five NSW Ambulance crews are on scene after a single-vehicle crash south of Narromine.
Emergency services were called to Haberworth Road about 17 kilometres south of the town, after three teenagers were involved in a crash shortly after 3pm on Thursday afternoon.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance said it's believed two females are conscious in a stable condition with abrasions and other wounds, while one other female is conscious but suffering from serious head and leg injuries.
It's believed one of the passengers was ejected from the vehicle.
The spokesperson said the helicopters were deployed from Bankstown and Orange, one however was turned back around.
