The guilty pleas for not complying with noticed directions were entered via email on Friday on behalf of Maryo Shanki, 21, of Bossley Park, and 28-year-old twin brothers Roni and Ramsin Adil Shawka from Green Valley.

On Monday, solicitor Hugh Salter requested the trio's sentencing hearing be moved to the Downing Centre in Sydney.

Magistrate David Day refused the request and set a sentencing date for them to appear in Orange Local Court via video link on November 24.

"There's considerable public interest, I don't think the people of Cabonne and Orange would like it to get lost in the Downing Centre," Mr Day said.

The men are to be sentenced after they moved belongings from two trucks into a Molong address on July 16 despite being notified they had all tested positive to the Delta strain of COVID-19 when they were 10 minutes away from the address.

They had been instructed to return to their Sydney addresses at 9.30am but at 2.36pm the Central West Police District was notified by NSW Health about their presence in Molong.

Officers arrived at the house at 2.45pm and escorted them back to Bossley Park and Green Valley.
