Two women, aged 31 and 20, and a man aged 44 jumped to avoid being burnt by the fire. The 31-year-old woman suffered minor injuries to her hand.
Central West Police District officers are treating the blaze, which partially destroyed the building in Parkes, as suspicious.
About 3.40pm on Sunday, September 5, emergency services were called to Grenfell Street, Parkes, following reports of a fire.
Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze and officers from Central West Police District established a crime scene, which was examined by specialist police.
As inquiries continue, into the circumstances surrounding the cause of the fire, police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
