The awards are presented by The Women's Business School to recognise women who successfully balance motherhood and business.
Mrs Le started selling beef jerky and expanded to catering at markets, she's opened restaurants, has a food truck and now a range of marinades and sauces.
Originally from Hue in Vietnam, Mrs Le said she wanted to share quality Vietnamese food, particularly from the Hue region, with people throughout the Central West.
"I love the challenge and the variety of working with my team. I never knew I could do so many things and it makes be happy for my kids to see me accomplish so much and be a mum," she said.
It can be challenging to be a successful business woman whilst raising a family and Mrs Lee shared some advice for others who are thinking about starting their own enterprise.
She said first, you need to show your passion, second, know who you are, and third, you need to love what you do.
The winners will be announced at an online next week.
