As the new captain of Orange's representative cricket side, Hugh Le Lievre doesn't have any ground-breaking plans to change the culture of the organisation.

All he asks is that the town's best players roll up to pre-season training.
While the bluebaggers were brave during a largely unsuccessful summer on the rep stage, they suffered massively from lack of players.
This has been the tale of the team in recent times as squads like Bathurst and Dubbo have continued to out-perform Orange, not necessarily due to a better talent pool, but a larger portion of that talent choosing to play rep cricket.
In 2021-22, Le Lievre hopes that will change.
"I want to have a really strong and unified Orange team," he said.
"We've chronically under-achieved at the rep level in the last decade, and one of the biggest struggles has been getting people interested.
"My vision is to get the best players in Orange wanting to play."
Last summer was undoubtedly tough for a very raw Orange side, but one thing it did was allowed the young players to be baptised by fire.
"I really saw the development of players like Blake Weymouth and Harry McGregor," he said.
"I'm not sure what their intentions are this season but they were really good... Jarryd Seib also did very well towards the back end of the season."
McGregor and Weymouth were poised to spend at least one season outside of Orange, but COVID-19 restrictions might force them to remain in the Central West region.
As for Le Lievre, he had a successful BOIDC season captaining CYMS, and was recognised by his peers as well as the ODCA, receiving Orange's cricketer of the year award.
Although it's a special accolade, he doesn't plan to bring anything too fancy to the captaincy role.
"I'm not going to be bringing any grand ideas to the table," he said.
"I want to try to support my teammates, and I'm very pick on picking players who each have a specific role on the team.
"Hopefully under my leadership, we can have the best players in Orange playing on the one team." Frank Weymouth coached the team last season, but it's unclear whether or not he'll return to the role again.
