Bathurst's William Street Subway outlet is also on NSW Health's list.
NSW Health has identified anyone who attended the venues at the times listed below as close contacts who must be tested and isolate for 14 days since they visited the venues regardless of the result of a covid test taken since any visits to the locations.
NSW Health has sent a text message to people who have checked in at these close-contact venues with further information on what to do.
Those people will receive a follow-up call to discuss the isolation and testing requirements.
If anyone who has attended these venues during this time has not received a text message, they are asked to call 1800 943 553.
The times of concern include:
- Orange Village Bakehouse, at 208 Peisley Street, on Sunday, August 8, from 10:50am to 12:10pm.
- Orange Byng Street Cafe, 47 Byng Street, on Sunday, August 8 from 12.50pm to 1.10pm
- Bathurst Subway at 104 William Street on Saturday, August 7, between 12:50pm - 1:30pm
In addition, NSW Health has been notified of new casual-contact venues of concern across NSW which are associated with confirmed cases of COVID-19.
To view these new venues, visit the NSW Government website.
According to NSW Health people who visited these venues at the specified times are asked to get tested "even if you have had a test in recent days".
"If your exposure at this venue was in the past four days, you must get another test on day five from the date of exposure," according to a NSW Health spokesperson,
"Wear a mask around others and limit your movements until you get another negative result.
"You should continue to monitor for symptoms and if any symptoms appear, get tested and isolate again."
People are being asked to check the case locations page regularly, as the list of venues of concern and relevant health advice are being updated as new cases emerge and investigations continue.
Anyone with even the mildest of cold-like symptoms is urged to immediately come forward for testing and isolate until a negative result is received.
There are more than 420 COVID-19 testing locations across NSW, many of which are open seven days a week.
