But Ray White Emms Mooney, which has offices around the region, including in Orange, recently secured the Chairman's Elite Business Leader award.
The award is presented to the top one per cent of the Ray White Group internationally and this was the first time a regional network had received it.
"Results such as the Chairman's Elite [award] come from the passion, dedication and consistent hard work that makes up the fabric of our entire team," director Patrick Bird said.
Out of 22 sales agents, 12 received individual awards for their outstanding efforts.
"Never before have we seen this many agents achieve top results," Mr Bird said.
"It really is a phenomenal achievement personally for these agents and for the entire team who have supported the pathway to their success."
New sports bar
Duntryleague secretary manager Michelle Carroll says a new sports bar that has been set up in the clubhouse has the best view in town.
"During the lockdown we had almost everything installed," Ms Carroll said.
"It was just a matter of taking out a doorway and then we installed two walls of TVs that will show some sports."
She said the main screen will show major sporting fixtures such as golf, or at the moment the Olympics and Paralympics.
Ms Carroll said the main bar will still be in use while the sports bar has a smaller separate space with a view over the 18th hole. She said the bar will not be members only and it will be open to everyone.
"It just opens up our bar area for more of a lounge atmosphere," she said.
Although the Sydney lockdowns have affected bookings at the guesthouse, and weather has put a dampener on golfing, Ms Carroll said plenty of locals and members are still coming in and taking advantage of the bar area.
Community markets
A group of small, mostly-online businesses got together on Friday night to hold the Orange Local Markets at Orange City Bowling Club. Co-organiser and stall-holder Zoe Urqhart said she would like to be able to hold the markets again in the future.
