A 32-YEAR-old P-plater has been charged with high-range PCA after crashing while driving on the wrong side of the Great Western Highway on Wednesday evening.

The man was seen driving a silver Hyundai at low-speed near Lithgow about 6pm on Wednesday before colliding with a Toyota Hilux which contained four occupants.
Just one passenger sustained minor injuries but police attended the scene and breath-tested the driver of the Hyundai.
Police say the man, who held a P2 licence, returned a positive result and was subsequently arrested.
He was taken to Lithgow Police Station and was submitted to a breath analysis which returned a reading of 0.197 (high-range PCA).
The man was issued with a court attendance notice for the offences of driving with high-range prescribed concentration of alcohol and not keeping left of median strip.
His NSW P2 driver's licence was suspended immediately.
