Led by Ethan McKellar, Grevsmuhl knows two blues' chances of winning a looming road trip to Glen Willow rests largely on the shoulders of the big boys.

"We need to get on the front foot and give our back-line a chance," he said.

"If we do that, hopefully they can score some points for us."

"It starts with Ethan [McKellar]. If we can get even an extra one per cent out of him, we could really shake up the comp. He's the leader of our pack."

Grevsmuhl adds to what's already a rock solid forward pack that possesses players like Nathan Potts, Saul Houma, Rakai Tuheke and Talon Hodge, although the latter two haven't been available every week lately.

Mudgee Dragons will be out for revenge during Sunday's tilt as the last time these two teams clashed, it was Hawks that ran riot, beating down an undermanned Red V at Wade Park, causing Jack Littlejohn to question the commitment of his teammates.

While Hawks control their own destiny, you could make the case they're yet to register a significant win as their only victory against a side currently in the top three came against Mudgee.
