The clinic administered its first dose at noon on Monday, July 12, and the last vaccination was given at 5pm on Friday, July 16.
"Not a single vaccine was left over," he said.
"Due to demand we were booked out and did have to turn some people away which shows there is a demand out there for vulnerable people looking to get vaccinated as soon as they can."
The pop-up was established by LiveBetter with support from NSW Health and Aspen Medical to vaccinate people with disabilities as well as their families in order to "put a safety barrier around some of the community's most vulnerable".
This was a marvellous example of people employed in the disability sector working together to keep those in their care safe.

The pop-up clinic will return in three weeks' time to administer the second required vaccine to those who received it last week.
Mr Phillips extended his thanks to all those who attended the clinic as well as to LiveBetter and Aspen Medical staff.
"This was a marvellous example of people employed in the disability sector working together to keep those in their care safe," he said.
"It was a beautiful thing to see so many service providers work together and come to the clinics - this was about helping some of our most vulnerable people get vaccinated as soon as they could."
LiveBetter previously told the Central Western Daily that similar clinics were also run in Bathurst and Dubbo to alleviate pressure amid the slower-than-expected roll-out of vaccines to vulnerable community groups.
In addition to the 956 Orange locals to recently receive their first Pfizer doses, 106 people in Bathurst and 70 in Dubbo were also vaccinated at pop-ups.
