As a result of the incidents, the Peak Hill club has been fined $1500, with both the men's and women's sides losing six competition points and the right to play in their round 13 match against Molong.
In what Pull described as an ongoing issue, several Roosters personnel have been hostile towards opposition players and fans at both home and away fixtures.
The Cup board drew a line in the sand after a post-match incident at Eugowra saw a Roosters player and an Eagles fan in a scuffle in the spectators section.
"It's been really disappointing for Woodbridge," Pull said.
"With the women's league tag and the youth league, we've worked really hard to make this a family day.
"But, the majority of clubs don't feel comfortable going to Peak Hill anymore. As a club, you're responsible for every spectator, official and player."
While the round 11 incident was the worst of the lot, Pull wanted to stress that it was a series of events that led to the sanctions.
"In the 11-12 years I've been involved in this competition, every club's had a bad day," he said.
"But, this just got out of hand."
Roosters' captain and stalwart Torin Hando agrees with certain individuals being charged, but thinks the club as a whole has been hit too hard, especially the league tag girls.
"I'm happy for the people involved to be punished," Hando said.
"But, I don't see why the whole club has to cop it. The women had six points stripped off them as well, and they didn't have anyone involved in any of it.
"We're going to be appealing a fair bit of it. Woodbridge is supposed to provide us with two written warnings before handing down a fine ... they didn't give us one."
In order for Peak Hill to return to the field against Trundle in round 14, it will need to adhere to a return-to-play policy which includes police presence at both home and away games.
As for the Molong Bulls, they will spend a week on the sidelines and have plans to reschedule their ladies day.
