Throughout Friday, dozens of dealers arrived and unloaded a huge range of vintage wares and antique items which will be on sale throughout Saturday and Sunday.
After being forced to cancel 2020's event due to COVID as well as their traditional Friday night preview, the weekend fair will be back bigger and better than ever, according to Zonta Club's Sue Hatcher.
"We've got a few new dealers this year, bringing in some different types of things as well as some dealers that have been coming for between 25 and 30 years [who we have] built up a good rapport with," she said.
"[They will be] bringing some things that we perhaps haven't seen before and some furniture items and different bits and pieces.
"We try and invite new [dealers] to attend so we have a really good mix of things on offer, including unusual items. We've made sure we have a good mix of antique pieces, furniture, collectibles, jewellery, and some vintage items as well."
Around 30 different dealers will fill the huge venue with their wares - a significant increase on previous years with even the cafe area being utilised for stallholders.
"The Orange fair has been going for quite a long time. This is our 37th year. Last year was the first time we've ever missed one," Dr Hatcher said.
"Because it's really well attended by the local community and the wider Orange area, it's really well known as a well-run, professional fair in the [antique] circuit.
"I actually get calls all throughout the year from dealers who really would like to come up to Orange.... So it's good to have the fair recognised that much throughout the antique community."
The not-for-profit's fair will be open all day over the weekend: from 9.30 until 5pm on Saturday, June 19, and from 9.30am until 4pm on Sunday, June 20.
Entry is $10 with all proceeds from the two big days going to the Zonta Club of Orange's various women's equality projects.
