Police began investigations into the circumstances surrounding a car fire early on Sunday morning, after the vehicle was completely destroyed in a blaze in east Orange.

Emergency services responded to reports of the incident in Sir Neville Howse Place just before 7.30am on Sunday morning, with the vehicle believed to have been dumped and torched after being driven through a fence in the area.
Although it remained unconfirmed, the vehicle was believed to have been stolen and was completely destroyed in the blaze, which took one Fire and Rescue 15 minutes to extinguish after discovering it well alight on arrival.
