Cr Stephen Nugent is proposing three existing sites around Orange that feature youth artworks become part of a trail of young people's art around the city.
He is proposing council investigate engaging young people in creating a trail, suggesting sites and themes for new artworks and consider making a video for a virtual tour of the works that could be placed on social media.
Council will also consider a plan to continue the free Future Tunes and Future Flix events through winter, but hold them indoors instead of Robertson Park.
It is suggested they be held at licensed premises, cafes and restaurants with $20,000 funding provided.
And council will also consider an application for a festival of lights, entertainment and food vans called Orange Gets Its Glow On at the Orange Showground on Thursday June 10.
The organisers are touring the event across Victoria, NSW and Queensland regional areas over three months.
