Art at the Station is the newest exhibition at the hub and includes works from a selection of artists in Blayney, Orange, Bathurst, Millthorpe and the villages.

Manager Heather Ferguson said the artists were invited to submit their works, with more than 20 now on show at the hub as part of the exhibition.

"The artists could submit any of their works and the majority of the items are for sale," she said, with the exhibition opening just in time for Mother's Day last weekend.

The exhibition kicked off last Thursday, alongside Newbridge artist David Lake's showing in the Hub's Loretta Kervin Room, the latter of which runs until June 9.

Art at the Station includes works from Blayney artists Peter Tilney and Stephanie Cook along with Millthorpe's Wayne Roberts, Mark Mallia, Nikki Burns and Cynthia Faulkner.

Well-known Orange artist Joel Tonks also has work on show as do Robert Keen, Kay Gorringe, Amanda Holman, Jo Schmich and Jan Murphy - all from the colour city as well.

Usha Bachhil (Bathurst), Karen James (Mt Rankin), Nic Mason (Napoleon Reef), Lesley-Anne Shepherd (Mandurama), George Woods (Trunkey Creek), Esther Smart (Neville), Janelle Matus (Rockley) and Lucknow's Bostoff all have works in the exhibition as well.

Mrs Ferguson said 'Art at the Station' will run through until the end of May, Sunday the 30^th to be exact, with entry just $2, it's free for children under 12.

The Platform Arts Hub also announced next month's exhibition as well, named Youth Textures of One, with the committee hoping to feature as many students from the Blayney Shire as possible.

Submission forms and information packs will be available via the Platform Arts Hub Facebook page on Tuesday.
