Kicking off in the combined A/B grade division, CYMS did a number of Kinross in their own backyard, but it could have been much worse if not for some individual heroics by the students.
The visiting CYMS took the early lead and continued the scoring all throughout the game on their way to a 7-0 win. But Kinross keeper Oliver Charlton was undoubtedly the star of the show as he pulled off three spectacular saves in the second half alone.
This keeps CYMS' unbeaten start to the season alive, while Kinross have now dropped three from three.
Waratah Athletic continued its fine form against Canobolas B at Jack Brabham.
Athletic took the 4-0 win against the side which has yet to win a game all season.
The final game with results available was the match between Barnies United A and Saints FC.
Barnies have had an up and down year, but steadied the ship with a convincing 5-0 win over the Saints who had been undefeated up until that point.
Moving down the divisions and there was more carnage on the parks.
CYMS WSBG secured its second win of the year against Barnies YADS who have now lost two on the trot after opening the season with 9-0 and 5-0 victories.
Ex-Services FC continued its undefeated campaign when it took care of business against Canobolas C to the tune of 7-2.
The final match score available saw a battle of the ages.
Barnies 16s took on Waratahs O35s and Jack Brabham and it was youth that prevailed. as Barnies came away with the 7-0 victory.
In the women's competition it was Barnies FC who came away with a more than convincing 15-3 win over Waratah Blues.
Finally in 4th division, it was unlucky hunting ground for Waratah FC who lost two games in three days.
The first came at the hands of Kinross 2nds who came away with a 7-1 win.
Then a catch-up game between Barnies Denley and Waratah at Jack Brabham on Monday night saw Denley 4-0 victors. This came after Denley took care of club rival Barnies Brighouse 9-0 on the Saturday.
