A development application to subdivide land in Tanika Street into 12 lots has been lodged with Orange City Council.
It said the block sizes would vary between 360 square metres and 520 square metres.
The blocks would face Tanika Street and Joseph Drive with the smallest block being 360 square metres with a frontage of 13.3 metres.

Orange City Council has allowed for a range of property sizes within the Shiralee development area south of the city.
Spokesman Allan Reeder said the blocks were above the minimum size for the area of 200 square metres.
He said it was aimed at an increasing demand from people wanting small blocks.
"The proposal for a number of blocks around the 300 square metre mark shows the demand for lots of this size in the Orange market. There is a market for buyers, at every point on the price-spectrum, who don't want to maintain a large house and large yard," he said.
"One way demand for blocks of this size has been met in the past is by a developer buying neighbouring traditional-size blocks and then doing a multi-unit project as an infill development.
"That can produce strong reactions from neighbours in an established neighbourhood.
"Offering smaller lots as part of the initial subdivision gives buyers a good idea of the surrounding neighbourhood."
The applicant is Orange MS Investments Pty Ltd which is the land owner.
Its proposal also includes the extension of Tanika Street, the creation of open space and road widening on Shiralee Road.
The application states that each lot will be fully serviced with reticulated water and sewer, gas, electricity and telecommunications.
"With regard to housing choices, the proposed subdivision is considered generally consistent with the Shiralee development control plan providing future housing choices for large lot and smaller allotment choices in a planned scenario," the DA states.
"It is noted that there has been extensive consultation with council regarding the lot configuration," it said.
The DA is on public exhibition until Friday April 23.
