Michael Jason Mascord, 47, of Dalton Street, was already banned from driving until February 2022, before he was given another 12-month disqualification in Bathurst Local Court on February 15 this year.
Mascord was not present for sentencing at Bathurst and police caught him driving again in Anson Street, Orange, on February 27.
Magistrate David Day convicted Mascord in Orange Local Court on Monday.
Mr Day fined him $220, placed him on a two-year community correction order and disqualified his driver's licence for six months.
