Robert Edward Williams, 34, of Glenroi was stopped by police conducting random roadside testing on the afternoon of December 15, 2020, on Dalton Street.
While a secondary oral fluid test gave a negative result, a third sample which was sent to the NSW Forensic and Analytical Science Service returned a positive result for the drugs.
Williams did not appear in Orange Local Court on Monday when he was convicted by magistrate David Day, fined $330 and disqualified from driving for three months.
