Loretta Adeline Lyall of Cassey Crescent was found in possession of an iPhone and wallet, Acid wash shorts, four lamb roasts and sausages that were suspected to have been stolen on November 29, 2020.
The female owner of the iPhone had kept it inside a pencil case that she used as a wallet but she realised it was missing after going grocery shopping on November 29.
The victim contacted police and used the Find My iPhone app, which showed it still at the supermarket.
Police went to the supermarket and saw a man who was well-known to police sitting outside waiting for Lyall to finish her shopping.
Police searched a bag the man was minding for Lyall and found the pencil case containing the victim's missing property.

When police spoke to Lyall she admitted the bag was hers and said she found the pencil case on the ramp.
Police also found a small roast lamb and a rosemary lamb worth $46 that were suspected to have been stolen from Aldi in her bag as well as clothes worth $35 and two more roasts and a packet of sausages from Woolworths worth $61.80.
Magistrate David Day said the meat could easily be sold to obtain cash and Lyall had a long history of drug use.
"It's plain that it's her drug dependency that's causing the offending," Mr Day said.
However, solicitor Charlotte Pascall said Lyall stopped using heroin and has engaged in rehabilitation since she was released from custody on March 8.
Mr Day placed Lyle on a six-month Community Correction Order with rehabilitation for stealing the clothes, phone, wallet and Aldi roasts. He also placed her on a two-year CCO for stealing meat from Woolwoths.
