Mum has a piggy bank with which she saves all of her change to gift to her grandchildren, great grandchildren for every season of the year.
The big event for mum is when she goes to the local bank in Molong to cash it in, that is a good achievement day for mum.
The staff at the Molong Commonwealth branch treat mum with courtesy, respect and a big smile, mum loves that, please do not take that away from her while I still have her, it's a big deal for mum, and don't takeaway my joy of doing that for me mum.
Weekly banking for mum is not online, please do not try and teach an old dog new tricks, keep it familiar for all of their usual day to day routine.
Routine is very important for an elderly person's longevity, please do not do this before my mum dies and consider all of those that are in the same basket as my mum.
Trust you will see this in mum's favour, give her at least a couple of years so she can continue on doing her banking as she has always done with the commonwealth bank. Thank you, with good faith.
