That's what the Warriors claimed at the ODCA presentation night at Wade Park on Saturday after a special season that was driven massively by a contribution from the kids.
"As club captain, this is huge... it really is," Stedman said.
"We aim for this every single year, we really do. It's spoken about often throughout the club and our social media channels.
"It really shows the depth that we have and that we're doing the right thing by bringing the juniors through. We've got a really good culture and we want to keep bringing the kids through."
