NSW MLA Sam Farraway announced over $1.46 million in funding for local improvement projects.
The grant will go towards demolishing the old kitchen, and installing new flooring and cupboards.
Towac Park's executive officer Bree McMinn said the greatest expense was the addition of a dumb waiter - a small elevator used to transport food and drinks up and down floors.
She said the current kitchen was "very run down", and the dumb waiter would allow the first-floor kitchen to be used for functions on the ground level.
The kitchen's industrial gas oven, food warmer and cool room will survive the makeover.
Ms McMinn said the upgrade would allow the venue to expand the number and type of functions it could host.
"If we had a wedding or a christening, the caterers had to be self sufficient and it limited their options - for example they couldn't cook a three-course meal on site."
She said the goal was for the venue to become a "multi-function community facility".
Other projects to receive funding included:
- $68,813 to upgrade oval and irrigation at Spring Hill Recreation Ground
- $20,000 to control invasive weeds on the Ophir Crown Land Reserve, and
- $9,130 to remove tree at Bloomfield Hall Community Centre
