On Friday, March 5, the Orange branch of the organisation is hosting a "Because You've Earned It" celebration for the annual event in the gardens of The Oriana.
From 4pm to 6pm guests are invited to treat themselves to "fancy canapes" and wine.
"Our aim is pure, relaxing fun - with a touch of upmarket glamour... Think. No tiring set-up. No preparation and carting of food to the venue. No messy post event cleaning. No agenda! Just you with a sparkling glass of bubbles or Provenal rosé (or something soft) in one hand and a some delicious morsel in the other," organisers said.
While men as well as women are invited, men will need to pay an extra 15.3 percent to symbolise the gender pay gap.
Tickets are $50 per woman ($57.65 per man) and can be purchased through Eventbrite or be contacting CWA Orange secretary Deborah Marr on 0408 254 360.
