According to the duty manager at Orange Ex-Services Club, where the Greenhouse is located, the incident happened at about 7.30pm on Saturday, with police, paramedics and the fire brigade all called.
"There was a young girl who collapsed up in the Greenhouse and paramedics were called," the duty manager said.
"The young lady was extremely unwell so the paramedics were called to tend to her and the police came.
"Because of the nature of the Greenhouse, they got the fire brigade to help get the stretcher through to get her out of the Greenhouse.
"Her boyfriend was also not feeling well, so when they tended to her, they also tended to the boyfriend and they took them both to Orange Base Hospital to be checked."
The Orange fire brigade confirmed that they were called to assist with the matter.
"The police turned up with who I believe were detectives and they had drug dogs and they are doing a sweep through like they do in other places," the duty manager added.
"I don't believe there's been any other incidents come from that.
"The Greenhouse was put in lockdown."
Orange police and NSW Ambulance Service have both been contacted for further comment.
