It's been an up and down year for Hugh Le Lievre's CYMS but the green and golds finally turned in a complete batting performance on day one of the Bathurst Orange Inter District Cricket's 12th round as key bat Dave Neil accrued his first ton of the season.

It was Neil (100) and Tom Belmonte (79) who played key roles in the first innings efforts as CYMS declared with 317 against Kinross.
And while a finals berth is out of the equation for CYMS, Neil was stoked with the way in which the lads went about their business at Wade Park on Saturday.
"This is the first time this season we've put together a comprehensive batting innings," he said.
"Belmonte's innings was very special as he dealt almost exclusively in boundaries. He set a great platform."
"We're hoping for two wins to finish the season. If we do that then we'll finish around seventh which will be a reasonable reflection of our ability and season."
In the second innings, the students worked their way to a 1/39 total before play was stopped.
CAVALIERS (114) lead CENTENNIALS BULLS (7-101) by 13 runs
DOMINATION from both teams' bowlers at Riawena Oval has set up a thrilling conclusion to the Cavaliers versus Centennials Bulls clash this Saturday.
A brilliant 5-56 from Mick Hutchinson's 15.3 overs appeared to put the Bulls right on top as they rolled Cavaliers for 114 but the Orange side had plenty of firepower with the ball as well.
Bulls will resume on day two needing just 14 runs to win but with only three wickets in hand, after Mitch Black (3-32) led a great fightback in the field from Cavs.
Mark Maybin (2-10) and Harry Pearce (2-18) helped cut through the Bulls' middle order.
With the bat Bailey Ferguson (28) was the best of the Cavaliers men while opener Kyle Aubin (31) top scored for Bulls on a day where runs didn't come easily.
It will be a crucial first few overs next weekend, in particular for Cavs, who could slip outside the top four should Bulls reach the target.
CENTRALS (100) lead BATHURST CITY (3-55) by 45 runs
BATHURST City have a slight edge in their clash against Centrals at Jack Brabham 2, reaching the halfway point of their run chase with seven wickets still in hand.
Centrals were bowled out for 100 following a tough 50 overs at the crease, never given much room to swing thanks to long but accurate stints from both Joey Coughlan (4-29 from 16.2 overs) and Clint Moxon (3-28 from 18 overs).
Three Centrals batsmen (Graeme Judge, Cam Rasmussen and Rowan Dray) all top scored with just 15. It could have been a similarly dreary day with the bat for Redbacks if not for Coughlan's 33 at the top of the order.
Zac Reimer (2-20) has made a great start with the ball for Centrals from his 10 overs so far.
Redbacks resume next week with Mark Day (5) and Craig Townsend (8) out in the middle.
ORANGE CITY (188) lead CITY COLTS (3-18) by 170 runs
ORANGE City's breakthroughs late in the day have left City Colts with a mountain to climb going into the second day of their clash at Loco Oval.
Ed Morrish (2-13) and Brad Johnson (1-5) knocked over the Colts' top order in a flash after teammate Shaun Churchill (60) led the way with the bat. A total of 188 would normally be a below-par score at the small venue but Orange City batted well with the slow outfield.
Ben Schofield (29), Shaun Grenfell (27) and Brett Causer (24 not out) chipped in with valuable runs.
Dave Henderson was a workhorse with the ball for Colts, picking up 4-57 from his 23 overs. Dave Rogerson (2-37) was on the mark as he bowled six maidens through the day.
Craig Berry (11 not out) and Russ Gardner (3 not out) will be in the middle for Colts next Saturday. The in-form Gardner will be the key wicket for City when they resume this weekend.
RUGBY UNION (142) lead ST PAT'S OLD BOYS (1-55) by 87 runs
IN the game of the round it's competition leaders St Pat's Old Boys who have the advantage over Rugby Union at the Sportsground.
A five-wicket haul from Mitch Taylor (5-83 from 17 overs) did most of the damage for the Saints, while all four other Pat's bowlers had their reasons to be pleased.
Connor Slattery (2-16) and Angus Parsons (2-20) made key breakthroughs, Jack Goodsell (0-17 from nine) was economical and Hugh Parsons (1-0) claimed the final wicket.
After two top order batsmen fell for ducks and Rugby at one stage lost 3-6 Sam Macpherson (46) stepped in to help them get back on track.
Ryan Peacock was also steady with the bat before he came undone on 34. Adam Ryan (27 not out) and Bailey Brien (20 not out) were in no hurry to score runs for the Saints as they focused on seeing out the day.
Pat's, who have an eight point lead at the top of the table, can put one hand on the minor premiership with a win in this game while Rugby Union can keep their top two ambitions alive with victory here.
