The Cavs batsman has been one of the best going around this season and will be representing Orange this Sunday when the rep team looks to break their drought in the Western Premier League against Parkes at Riawena Oval.
Coach Frank Weymouth says Corben's impact will be felt all around the park.
"Not only is Corbs a very good bat, he brings experience and that's exactly what this side needs," he said.
"They're a very young mob, but a very good mob of kids. They just need good people and good leadership around them."
Corben has racked up 331 runs so far in the Bathurst Orange Inter District Cricket competition with a staggering 82.75 average
With one last crack to get a win on the board, Hugh Le Lievre will take over as captain with Lachlan Coyte having moved to Sydney.
Orange and Parkes are winless through the first four games of the competition.
"We can't finish one or two, but we can come away with a victory and come away with some experience for these younger players and getting guys wanting to represent Orange next year," Weymouth added.
"I think Hugh will do a great job of leading these guys around. The boys have done excellent this year and should be proud."
