The Blue and Whites are still recovering from the sudden death of stalwart Dave Barrow as he was not only a Bulls legend, but someone the entire town adored.
So, not only are the Barrow boys excited to play footy for their dad in 2021, they want to shake up the Woodbridge Cup competition as well.
And after finishing third last winter, there's no reason the improved side can't be genuine premiership chances.
The skipper has recruited a quartet of players for this season and hopes they can add to an already-potent unit.
Kaleb Weeks, Jed Oates, Glen Bunworth and Harry Gersbach will all charge for the Bulls and barrow knows the four signings - combined with who's already on the roster - gives the squad more than enough to break a premiership drought of two decades.
"I'm happy with the team we've got and it's full of local boys which makes everyone better," Barrow said.
"The whole town gets behind you out there and I'm really looking forward to the year. I think we can be thereabouts and give ourselves a chance towards the back end of the year."
Barrow addressed the passing of his father and how that will play a role moving forward.
"It was a tough time for the whole family," he said.
"The main reason we play footy out at Molong is because of dad. I know he was very proud to see all of his boys play.
"It's going to be tough not having him at the football every week but in saying that, it will be good to have the chance to play for him and have a successful year... we want to do it for Mum [Jenny Barrow] as well.
"He was a big part of the Molong footy club and he'll be missed."
The club is set to dedicate a match day to Dave throughout the season as Barrow spoke about the inclusion of an Old Boys Day.
"We're going to play in a retro jersey with some old colours and honour Dad with that," he said.
"That's something we'll definitely look forward to."
While the Gersbach signing is a costly one for Manildra, the Rhinos are bolstered by the addition of Luke Petrie who's set to captain the likes of Mitch Gallagher and others this winter.
The Cargo Heelers also signed a new coach recently, with Phil Ingram set to lead the Heelers into battle.
And lastly, the Canowindra Tigers recently appointed Kevin Grimshaw as their head coach for the season as the long-time Group 10 mastermind will look to help the club move past the loss of key player Regan Hughes whose moved to Sydney.
