The New South Wales winner held the first prize winning entry in Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot draw 10437, which was drawn on Monday.
An official from The Lott called the winner, who was busy at work and completely oblivious she'd scored the major prize.
"Did you say $100,000?" she questioned. "That's amazing! "Oh my god ... wow. I am absolutely shocked.
"I have never won anything in my life. I have been playing Lucky Lotteries for years and years.
"You always hope for a big win, but you never actually think it will happen. I am in shock. I think I might have a heart attack. It's unbelievable."
When asked how she planned to enjoy her prize, the overwhelmed winner shared the win would be life-changing.
I've never had a lot of money, so for me, this is huge.

"I've never had a lot of money, so for me, this is huge. I will have to go out for dinner tonight and celebrate I think.
"I need to let this news sink in before I can decide what I will do with it."
The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, purchased her entry of one number from TJ's Newsagency on Summer Street.
TJ's Newsagency Orange team member Emily Clark said the news came as a great surprise.
"We are ecstatic," she said.
"It's about time. We haven't sold a major prize for a little while, so we couldn't be happier. We will be sharing the news with our customers and celebrating this win.
"We wish our winner all the best and hope she can do some great things with her prize."
