The meeting was the last of 2020 and even though thunderstorms cut the card four races short, McMinn is thankful for the progress the club has made in the last 12 months.
The corresponding event in 2019 was cancelled due to drought and even though this year's end-of-year meet was a little wetter than she would have liked, things are still trending upward.
"We've had the luxury of having water this year," McMinn said.
"Our track is our highest priority and there's lots of maintenance and a lot of hard work that goes into keeping it in tip top condition."
Jockey Grant Buckley was the most successful rider on the day, winning the first two events on Dom Tycoon and Nicator.
In the third event, Kembla Grange-based apprentice Madison Waters rode home Saint Ay for Dean Mirfin in the third.
The next Towac Park event will be held on Friday January 8.
