Blayney council will seek ministerial consent to establish a company limited by guarantee called BCO Alliance Limited to act as agent for the Alliance.
On September 23 the BCO Alliance was established as a formal voluntary strategic alliance between the member three councils.
A memorandum of understanding was signed by all parties.
The MOU outlined the objectives, services, principles and governance of the alliance will serve its purpose until a formal agreement is executed.
The inaugural meeting of the alliance was held on 25 November 2020.
Matters to be discussed at the first Cabonne Council meeting in 2021 include the amount of money spent on consultants, parking for trucks on the Escort Way, the establishment of a fire service and traffic control during harvest.
Due to staff shortages council has relied more on consultants over the last year.
